In this class we will touch on various schools of acting methods through the years. We will explore these methods through games and scene work.
You will learn the progression of acting schools, from Stanislavski to Ivana Chubbuck and many systems in between.
Along the way we will touch on the historical importance of performing styles like Greek Theatre, Commedia dell’Arte, Elizabethan and others.
The goal is to have fun and add numerous approaches for scene work or character embodiment to the actor's toolbox.
